RON PAUL IS NOT SUSPENDING CAMPAIGN, ITS A MEDIA HOAX!

As the mainstream media continues to idiotically blather on about Ron Paul “quitting”, the campaign is forging ahead, today releasing a memo outlining Paul’s strategy for the GOP national convention.

“Let me be very clear,” writes chief strategist Jesse Benton in the opening lines of the memo, “Dr. Paul is NOT dropping out or suspending his campaign.”

“As Dr. Paul has previously stated, he is in this race all the way to the Republican National Convention in Tampa this August,” Benton adds, noting that the campaign will look to maximize the resources it has, thus it will not fruitlessly pour money into the remaining primary states.

“We will continue to run strong programs at district and state [party] conventions to win more delegates and alternate delegates to the national convention.” Benton continues, noting that the campaign will enter a “new phase” on Friday at the Minnesota state GOP convention, where Paul will make an appearance. Establishment Dirty Tricks At Conventions Target Paul Supporters

GOP state conventions in Arizona and Oklahoma ended in chaos this past weekend as establishment insiders did everything within and beyond their power to prevent Ron Paul walking away with more delegates to the national convention.

With Paul picking up recent victories at state conventions in Iowa, Nevada, Maine, Louisiana, and Massachusetts, Romney supporters, along with GOP committeemen set out to stop Paul supporters from having any influence over the delegate election process by shutting down the conventions and falsely claiming victories.

In Arizona, Romney supporters accused Paul activists of booing Josh Romney, Mitt Romney’s son, and disrupting his speech. The mainstream media ran with the claim, suggesting that boisterous Paul fans forced Romney to cut short his speech, jeering him off the stage. Read the rest of this entry »

Ron Paul Hearings on Ending Bankster Power

United States House of Representatives, Committee on Financial Services, Subcommittee on Domestic Monetary Policy & Technology, May 8, 2012

Although it has taken nearly a century, it seems that the entire spectrum of the American political establishment has finally realized the destructive power of the Federal Reserve System. Whether left, right, or libertarian, politicians are lining up to attack Ben Bernanke and the Fed’s destructive monetary policy. Where there is disagreement or lack of understanding, however, is on why the Fed’s monetary policy is destructive, how it harms the economy, and what should be done about it. Today’s hearing will examine the various proposals that have been put forth both to mend and to end the Fed. It is my hope that this hearing will spur a vigorous and long-lasting discussion about the Fed’s problems, a discussion which will lead to concrete actions once and for all to rein in the Fed. Is Rand Paul Secretly Running For President?

As Republican iconoclast Ron Paul secretly racks up delegates for his insurgent 2012 presidential bid, his son, Kentucky Senator Rand Paul, is quietly opening up a new phase in the Ron Paul Revolution: He’s getting ready to run for President.

The younger Paul’s prospective campaign is still four, or eight, years away, but the junior Senator appears to be taking all the right steps to position himself for when the time comes. Later this month Rand will return to Iowa — without his father — to deliver the keynote speech at the Iowa Faith & Freedom Coalitions spring rally — the most obvious indication yet that Sen. Paul has his own presidential ambitions.

“He loves Iowa,” Sen. Paul’s communications director Moira Bagley told Business Insider. “He’s been out there so much, with his dad’s campaign, so he’s really comfortable and really happy with the people out in Iowa, and especially the evangelical groups.” Read the rest of this entry »

Romney Operatives Caught Handing Out Fake Ballots In Nevada AND Maine

Two separate incidents captured on video this weekend reveal desperate attempts by Mitt Romney operatives to divide and disrupt official Ron Paul endorsed delegate slates by handing out fake ballots to attendees at the state conventions in Nevada and Maine.

The video below captured by Ron Paul supporters in Nevada on Saturday exposes a provocateur wearing a Ron Paul T-shirt being caught handing out a fake delegate ballot in an attempt to dilute Ron Paul supporters’ votes.

The ballot that the man was handing out looked very similar to the official Ron Paul endorsed slate, and was even printed on the same lime green colour paper. However, the names on the ballot were different.

It is not clear whether the man was officially affiliated with Romney, however, it is clear that he had a fake ID and was passing out fraudulent documents designed specifically to look like the official Ron Paul delegate slate for Nevada. Read the rest of this entry »

Ron Paul’s Stealth State Convention Takeover

Remember Ron Paul?

He has yet to win a primary. All his other fellow long-shots have dropped out (or will by the end of the day). The Republican National Committee is calling former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney the “presumptive nominee.”

Yet at state conventions around the country, Paul supporters are increasing the candidate’s support by taking over state party committees and educating fellow Paul fans in arcane rules.

While at many conventions Romney backers are split between numerous would-be delegates, Paul supporters are showing up in droves and voting with discipline for a delegate slate. Read the rest of this entry »

Obama Nazi Posters Go Viral

AOL corporate asset the Huffington Post has posted an article insinuating that Alex Jones is linked to a flyer distributed in Michigan that features a Nazi swastika.

“The flyer pairs an image of a swastika alongside a movie cover for the film, ‘The Obama Deception,’ a ‘documentary’ by renowned right-wing conspiracy theorist Alex Jones,” the site reports.

According to Mlive.com, the flyer was placed on parking meters in downtown Grand Rapids.

“Readers of the card are referred to a website to sign a petition that espouses tea party ideas and urges people to support Ron Paul. The views there come from a woman who claims to live in Grand Rapids, but listings for a person by the same name were disconnected or answered by people who denied knowledge of the flyer and the petition,” writes Nate Reens. Ron Paul Won Iowa and Minnesota, In Fact

Now three people have won Iowa during this primary season. Last night, Ron Paul’s delegate finagling strategy paid off as he guaranteed himself at least half of the delegates in Iowa and Minnesota.

Remember, back in January, Mitt Romney was declared the winner of the Iowa caucuses by eight votes. This official declaration was made by the state Republican Party chairman, Matt Strawn, despite ongoing discrepancies in the way that county commissioners and the state commissioners were reporting vote totals. Rachel Maddow has some of the footage of the news stations that night re-learning how to cover the complicated Iowa voting system (the video seems to be going viral, btw, as at 9 a.m. the video only had 300+ views, but as of 10 a.m. was pushing 9,000).   Read the rest of this entry »

From the Ron Paul campaign:

As a Congressman who’s served the good folks of Texas for nearly 30 years, performing well in the upcoming Texas Primary is important to me.

But with 155 national delegates up for grabs, it’s also crucial to my presidential campaign plans, as well.

That’s why I’m writing you today with two very important announcements !

First, I’d like to announce the opening of my official Texas campaign headquarters in Lake Jackson, which I’ll explain more about in a moment . . .

And secondly, I’d like to tell you about some upcoming Campus Town Hall Meetings I’m hosting in Texas – and personally invite you to join me at one or more of them . Read the rest of this entry »

Tony Robbins, Ron Paul And Ben Bernanke All Agree: The National Debt Crisis Could Destroy America

Is there one thing that Tony Robbins, Ron Paul and Ben Bernanke can all agree on?  Yes, there actually is.  Recently they have all come forward with warnings that the national debt crisis could destroy America if something is not done.  Unfortunately, our politicians continue to spend us into oblivion as if there will never be any consequences.

When Barack Obama took office, the U.S. national debt was 10.6 trillion dollars.  Today, it is 15.6 trillion dollars and it is rising at the rate of about 150 million dollars an hour.  During the Obama administration so far, the U.S. government has accumulated more debt than it did from 1776 to 1995.  The United States now has a debt to GDP ratio of over 100 percent, and another credit rating agency downgraded U.S. debt earlier this month.  Any talk of a positive economic future is utter nonsense as long as we are bleeding red ink as a nation far faster than we ever have before.  It is absolutely immoral to wreck the financial future of our children and our grandchildren and to leave them with a bill for the greatest mountain of debt in the history of the world, but that is exactly what we are doing.  Unless our current debt-based financial system is thrown out, there are only two ways that this game is going to play out.  One would involve absolutely bitter austerity and deflation unlike anything ever seen before, and the other would involve nightmarish hyperinflation.  Either path would be hellish beyond what most Americans could possibly imagine.
